Launch of a custom recruiting program on-ground in various regions that will provide new cohorts of 100 degree-seeking undergraduate and 20 graduate students each Fall and Spring semesters who meet USC Upstate criteria for admission. To be included in the program are support services to assist potential USC Upstate international students obtain required visa documentation, immunization records, transcripts, financial documents required for I-20, and submission of USC Upstate application and 100USD deposit. In addition to the recruiting program the awarded contractor will assist students that are interested in participating in the immersion program hosted by USC Upstate on Campus with admissions paperwork, visa documentation, immunization records, transcripts, and any required financial documents and deposits. The contractor will be paid a fee that is outlined in Section VIII Bidding Schedule/Price-Business Proposal.
