The principal of HighValleyDL LLC has a history of being a valued partner for the OTAG and has already established long-term relationships in the project area. Historically, long-term relationships with the local landowners have proven to be key to acquiring land in the area. Turnover of key army and state employees in the last five years has resulted in a loss of continuity with landowners, stifled progress, and cultivated a space for innuendos to develop. By way of a long-term contract, the goal is that HighValleyDL LLC will remain a constant in hopes that land acquisition progress goes unbroken. In other words, the OTAG needs this contract to ensure that an unbroken chain of contact is established and maintained with local landowners. With over 25 years of experience and with a better understanding of leases and sales in the area specific to the Major General C. Emerson Murry Regional Live Fire and Maneuver Training Center, HiValleyDL LLC provides the experience required for this important project and is uniquely positioned to serve the interests of the OTAG by continuing to establish and maintain constant, long-term continuity with area landowners.
