The intent of this solicitation is to allow The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry (ADCRR) to enter into a contract(s) for the procurement of the following specified Grease Trap and Tallow Bin Service for ASPC-Yuma, as specified in this scope of work. 5.1. Work to be accomplished requires the vendor to provide all material, equipment, containers, and services necessary for the pumping and cleaning of all grease traps, interceptors, and bins. Service will include properly disposing of the waste in a certified disposal facility in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. 5.2. All costs associated with the proper disposing of the waste shall be the responsibility of the vendor and shall be included in the pricing. All costs including transportation, labor, and fuel surcharge fees are to be included. 5.2.1. A manifest for non-hazardous waste from a certified landfill shall be filled out and signed by an authorized vendor representative. 5.2.2. Vendor shall provide service as specified herein or as scheduled by the Physical Plant Supervisor or designee. 5.3. Vendor shall provide services during the business hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, unless herein noted otherwise. Vendor will be escorted to the location, and a visual inspection will be performed by the Physical Plant Personnel, or designee, prior to departing the job site. 5.4. After servicing, the vendor shall have the appropriate person at the location sign and date the work order sheet to verify that work has been completed. The vendor must submit a copy of the signed work order sheet with their invoices for service. If copies of all work orders are not attached to the invoice, the invoice will not be paid until the vendor can produce the work orders. 5.5. Vendor shall provide emergency services when requested. 5.5.1. Emergency services are defined as unscheduled service provided by the vendor. 5.6. Areas of service to be included for ASPC-Yuma: 5.6.1 Six (6) grease traps to be pumped completely to include the sludge and debris removal on a quarterly basis, or as needed. 5.6.1.1. Cheyenne Unit: One (1) trap, 750 gallon capacity; 5.6.1.2. Cibola Unit: One (1) trap, 1,800 gallon capacity; 5.6.1.3. Cocopah Unit: One (1) trap, 250 gallon capacity; 5.6.1.4. Dakota Unit: One (1) trap, 1,500 gallon capacity; 5.6.1.5. La Paz Unit: One (1) trap, 1,800 gallon capacity; and 5.6.1.6. Cibola Unit: One (1) lift station pump with 2,100 gallon capacity
