The county is looking for various options involving an automated cash payment system using alternative payment services, payment kiosks, or other innovative methodologies. We are needing a payment service alternative that will replace the issuance of checks in the following type of scenarios: 1. Payments made to court witnesses 2. Payments made to court jurors 3. Treasurer Tax refunds 4. Auto or Tag Refunds 5. EMS Refunds & Reimbursements 6. Poll-worker Payments 7. ROD & RSVP payments Sedgwick County will require onboarding assistance and importation of secure departmental data in order to implement a payment service alternative.
