This work involves the construction of a new waterfront pavilion building at the location indicated on the drawings. The work includes but is not limited to, concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, steel structure, wood timber structure, light gauge steel framing, asphalt roof shingles, standing seam metal roofing, roof membrane, sheet metal flashing, unit pavers, masonry, insulation, tiles, solid surface countertops, carpentry, painting, vinyl windows, metal doors, metal frames, door hardware, sectional overhead doors, rolling counter doors, metal fabrication, toilet accessories, signage, fire detection systems, electrical, and heating and ventilation equipment, complete and ready for use. Contractor shall coordinate the work as requires with excluded work performed under separate contract. Excluded work includes but is not limited to site work, demolition, earthwork, ground improvements, site retaining walls outside the building foundation, landscaping, sidewalks and pavers out the building foundation, site utilities, site electrical, site drainage and site improvements, paving and landscaping.
