Services may include any of the following: • Preparation and submittal of intermediate (90%) and final (100%) design documents including construction drawings, specifications, stormwater drainage report and detailed cost estimates. (final PS&E package) • Assistance in bidding and selection of construction contractor. • Support for other city consultants for Right of Way Acquisition and permitting as needed. • Construction Contract administration and documentation services, as required. • Construction phase engineering support (post-design services), as required. Consultants shall have expertise in the following: • Traffic control measures and methodologies (in accordance with the MUTCD) • WSDOT Local Programs requirements for Federally Funded projects including WSDOT Local Agency Guidelines (LAG) Manual • DBE Small Business Enterprise approach and commitment • MUTCD, NACTO, and AASHTO standards for transportation infrastructure • City of Sedro-Woolley Standards and the Sedro-Woolley Municipal Code • City of Sedro-Woolley and Department of Ecology standards for storm water management, per the most recently adopted version of the SWMMWW. • ADA Requirements...
