Building renovation of an existing office building to include demolition and reconstruction of the lower level, first and second floors. The work shall exclude the current tenant on the second floor (Dental Office) that will remain. The renovation work shall include tuckpointing, masonry, rough and finish carpentry, roof replacement, new openings (doors and windows), flooring, gypsum assemblies, acoustical ceilings, interior finishes, Division 10 items, casework, countertops, fire protection, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
