Work of the Prospect Center will be divided between four phases. These phases are general identified below. The base bid work of the Prospect Center site work and facility modifications as detailed in the drawings and specifications. A complete scope of work will be identified by the finalized bid documents. Phase 1: Sitework (excluding Final Paving), Utility Work, Building Shell, Structural Improvements to DEM Suite, Interior Demolition, MPE Improvements, DFM Suite Fit-Out, IIT Suite Fit-Out, and DEM Specified Equipment. Phase 2: DEM Suite Fit-Out including Specified Equipment, DFM Vehicle Garage and DPR Field Office, Data Center and Microgrid Coordination. Phase 3: DEM Specified Equipment, Common Area Fit-Out, Security & Custodial Fit-Out, Health Department – School Health Fit-Out, Human Resources Fit-Out. Phase 4: Health Department – Developmental Center and Dental Suite Fit-Out, Housing Fit-Out, Scott Key Center Fit-Out, Family Services Fit-Out, Sitework (Final Paving).
