The scope of the Consultant's work includes but is not limited to the following tasks: 1. Preliminary Meeting - An initial meeting to determine information required, confirm the scope of work and criteria, and confirm schedule for the Consultant and the project. 2. Data Collection - The Consultant shall specify data collection tasks, schedule, and time required. Meetings with City staff, public workssupervisors, and field work will be required. The Consultant will need staff able to work with City’s GIS and files. 3. Capacity Analysis - The Consultant shall conduct spreadsheet analysis and review system data to determine recommended scope of tasks to ascertain whether/where I&I is a problem. The Consultant shall outline a suitable scope for a typical I&I reduction program, including areas suspected of having excessive I&I, probable sources of I&I, methods of locating and reducing I&I, potential problems, achievable objectives, estimated costs, feasibility and prioritized tasks...
