Y. TSWCD currently leases approximately 13,000 square feet of office space in Hillsboro, Oregon. As part of its long-term planning process, TSWCD has acquired a parcel of land consisting of 1.27 acres, located at 7965 NE Cherry Drive, Hillsboro, Oregon 97124. TSWCD’s Board of Directors seeks to build a new office building at this site (“the Project”) and to relocate the office to the new site no later than November 30, 2027. TSWCD wishes to engage the services of a qualified design professional or firm to develop conceptual designs for the Project and to work collaboratively with a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) through Project completion. The scope of the Project includes construction of a new office (approximately 16,000 sf) a new shop (approximately 3,600 sf), and site parking, landscaping, etc. (approximately 34,000 sf) on TSWCD property located at 7965 NE Cherry Drive, Hillsboro, Oregon. This scope of work also includes all related sitework and development costs.
