A. The COR is the Commission’s Water Treatment & Distribution Superintendent. Appointed representatives for the Contract may be any Commission Superintendent. B. The Bidder’s “Price per gallon of Sodium Hypochlorite” as stated on the Bid Form shall be the total delivered price per gallon. No additional fees, fuel or environmental surcharges, or other expenses will be allowed. C. The Sodium Hypochlorite shall be in a nominal 12% solution (range 8% to 15%). D. The sodium Hypochlorite shall be dispersed only to marked containers at each site. E. All work shall be performed by competent, experienced, and qualified personnel and shall be in accordance with the best commercial practices, without unnecessary delays. F. All Work shall be performed in accordance with the following: 1. Applicable codes and regulations; 2. Established procedures of the Commission; 3. Recommendations contained in available Operation and Maintenance Manuals; 4. Manufacturer's recommendations for the equipment being serviced. G. The Commission’s normal hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays. Holidays will be considered to be Commission observed holidays. Any overtime or work performed on observed Commission holidays must be approved in advance by the COR. Commission observed holidays can be found on our website www.metcom.org
