The intent of this eRFQC posted by Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency, Business Enterprise Program (hereinafter, “GVRA”, “the State Entity,” or “BEP”) is to establish a list of qualified suppliers Supplier may be required to fulfill duties as requested by BEP to fully satisfy the requirements of the Randolph-Sheppard Act. For vending operations, the Supplier may be required to maintain all equipment, ensure all food items in the machines are adequately stocked and unexpired, document and remit all monies received due to their participation in the program, and other tasks mutually agreed to by BEP and Supplier associated with servicing vending machines. For Snack Bars, the Supplier may be required to ensure the Supplier or an employee of the Supplier is present to operate the Snack Bar during the hours of the operation of the Snack Bar, prepare food or food related items, perform cashier duties, ensure Snack Bar is adequately stocked, account for and remit all monies which are due to BEP pursuant to their participation in the program, and other tasks mutually agreed to by BEP and Supplier associated with the Snack Bar.
