Market Survey The Contractor shall perform a market salary survey of private and public sector benchmark comparisons similar in size, population, economic climate, proximity to a major city, etc., to the Green Bank. The market survey should include the hours worked per week by employees in the various positions in those comparable communities in an effort to consider both internal and external equity. The Contractor shall also collect data on incentive compensation plans and other employee benefits (e.g., student loan forgiveness, equity awards, etc.) offered by those organizations surveyed. The Contractor shall compare all employee salaries to internal and external markets. The Contractor shall leverage available data sources to fill gaps not covered by the survey
