• Remove the HVAC equipment from the roof and the attic space • Demo the remaining hot water coils by leaving the frames and cutting out the coils • Install two new Trane/American Standard RTU’s for the courtroom and front office areas • Install a Trane/American Standard RTU for the judge’s chambers o This installation will require a roof penetration for the ductwork o This proposal includes the roofing work • Reconnect the new HVAC equipment to the existing ductwork and repair any ductwork if needed • Verify the existing electrical circuit and include upgrades if necessary • Install new thermostats for each unit • Install a new gas line from the meter to the equipment on the roof • The contractor will be responsible for any equipment needed for this bid (including cranes) • All equipment and debris relating to this project will be removed from the site • All work will need to be scheduled in advance with the Clerk Of Court, Brandy McBee and the Director Of Maintenance, James Pruitt • In this proposal, the contractor will also include a two-year, semi-annual PM service agreement.
