Provide comprehensive childcare services five (5) days a week, Monday through Friday, 12 months a year from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., excluding national holidays. The hours may be amended, pending changing childcare needs, by mutual agreement between the successful contractor and the College. In addition to the above regular hours, provide drop-in childcare for up to 15 evening college events a year, with advance notice and at the expense of the College for center staff to extend their day. Offer infant care and prioritize expanding infant spots to accommodate 8 infants. Aim for a ratio that prioritizes serving 60-70% WWCC students, 20-30% WWCC employees and 10-20% community members. Waitlists should prioritize WWCC students, then WWCC employees, then community members. Accept all students enrolled in any state or federal childcare subsidy program and put no limits or quotas on the number of students served who receive childcare subsidies. Agree to partner with the CCAMPIS program at WWCC and adhere to its terms for payment of childcare fees on behalf of qualifying students. Consider offering discounted rates for students who do not qualify for state subsidies. Adhere to all listed General and Technical Specifications and Standard Terms and Conditions listed in this Request for Proposal
