Base Bid: o Remove, re-grade and replace existing one-way and two-way asphalt cart paths surrounding the Downriver Golf Course clubhouse, vehicular parking area, practice area, and upper portions of holes #1, #10 & #18. Work includes but is not limited to: Removal of existing asphalt pavement & associated base material. Removal of existing curbing where specified. Removal of existing trees & root masses where specified. Protection of existing trees where specified. Installation of new boulder retaining wall. Installation of new concrete cart path curbing. Installation of new City Type A curbing along parking area. New cart path installation, including rough grading, import and placement of base materials, placement of new hot mix asphalt pavement.
