Identify existing and emerging GETs and provide a detailed explanation of each; Indicate where each GET fits on the technology adaption curve and provide a realistic cost range based on cited installations; Assess whether and to what extent each GET could be implemented by a large IOU; and Evaluate the effectiveness and likelihood of each GET to reduce or defer the need for investment in grid infrastructure in the State. Performance of the Work - Provide Commission Staff with a work plan detailing each component of the review. Work with Commission Staff to develop mutually agreeable formats and schedules for the review and tasks detailed above; Communicate with the Staff on a regular basis as to the review being conducted and the progress and provide draft work product/deliverables to Commission Staff to review; Provide a draft report for Commission Staff to review no later than April 15, 2025; and Provide a final report to the Commission, which fully sets forth the bidder’s findings and rationale for all conclusions and recommendations, no later than April 30, 2025. Please note, the resulting report may become part of future adjudicatory proceeding(s) at the Commission. Bidders fixed price bid should only include the cost to conduct the review and produce the draft and final reports.
