Scope of VA Team Leader’s work: 1. Review project information and coordinate with MDT VA program managers to develop necessary multi-disciplined team members. a. MDT will provide the multi-disciplined team members from in-house staff, outside personnel or a combination thereof, or; b. When requested, the VA Team Leader will provide some or all the multidisciplined team members identified from outside personnel. 2. Plan and prepare for the VA study. 3.
