This RFP is to select one or two qualified contractors to perform demolition work on an as-needed, oncall basis. Bidders will be asked to submit their qualifications and unit prices per square foot so the City can properly evaluate and rank the proposals. Upon award, the Contractor will be shown the property and request to provide a “not-to-exceed” price for the specific demolition task and scope of work. Demolition services may include, but not be limited to the following types of services: A. Demolition of all structures designated by the City. B. Removal of all debris and trash from properties. C. Remove inoperable vehicles. D. Remove fencing around property. E. Disconnect all utilities and properly capping/terminating services. F. Sewer connection must be capped off. G. Septic tanks & sisterns shall be properly abandoned per local and ADEQ standards when necessary. H. At conclusion of services, the vacant lot shall be a smooth, clean lot. I.
