School intends to explore designing future Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems, equipment, facilities, etc. (HVAC) with the following parameters: Review existing HVAC data, 5-year HVAC plans, and maintenance history reports with School’s maintenance department and develop future HVAC replacement construction plans and specifications as either a competitive bid (Ind. Code 36-1-12) or a CMc (Ind. Code 5-32) project. Annual budgets would be in the vicinity of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 and include replacement of chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air handlers and associated equipment (pumps etc.). School is issuing this RFQ to explore future selection and use of an appropriate architect to facilitate possible, future public work projects for HVAC in a building owned or leased by School.
