School intends to explore designing future paving and parking lot projects with the following parameters: Review existing parking lot data, 5-year parking lot plans, and parking lot maintenance history reports with School’s maintenance department and develop future paving replacement construction plans and specifications as either a competitive bid (Ind. Code 36-1-12) or a CMc (Ind. Code 5-32) project. Annual budgets would be in the vicinity of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 and include replacement of current paved surfaces, enhancement to traffic patterns for safety, and addition of new paved surfaces if warranted. School is issuing this RFQ to explore future selection and use of an appropriate architect or engineering firm to facilitate possible, future public work projects for paving in a building owned or leased by School.
