A. The Jail employment support program will focus on providing support on behalf of the adult in custody to successfully transition into the community with employment or a plan for it. B. Contractor will supply (one) full time employment support person. The total of all hours is not to exceed 40 hours per week. C. The Jail employment support program will focus on the professional development of the AIC. D. Services will be focused on supporting positive outcomes, developing employment opportunities, possible engagement in treatment and education, and coordination with Parole and Probation case plans when applicable. E. The successful proposer will be required to provide a detailed implementation plan which includes a timeline and completion dates. F. The expectation is that the contractor will provide a minimum of 30 enrollments annually.
