Provide effective planning and project management services, administrative & logistic support services relative to grant management to include but not limited to: a. Collecting, validating, and reporting for the annual Threat Hazard & Risk Identification Assessment and Stakeholders Preparedness Review; supporting the implementation of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS), Area Command, or Unified Command. b. Submission of UASI Grant application with the associated budget worksheet, drafting/writing Investment Justification preparation. c. Assisting with leveraging resources from government resources while utilizing nongovernmental and private sector support to achieve desired results and maximize opportunities, ranging from grant identification through grants administration (project tracking). d. Work with multiple public safety and emergency management stakeholders, providing strategic and helpful advice to complete projects by making measurable progress within a reasonable period of time. e. Provide strategic advice to UASI program and stakeholders on homeland security and emergency management projects that foster a collaborative atmosphere to achieve widespread buy-in and support on achievable results. f. Develop and implement strategic plans for public safety initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional and national standards. g. Facilitate work sessions/workshops of technical working groups or workgroup leaders when necessary to identify, build, and sustain capabilities, focusing on current best practices, technology, and methodologies to drive results. h. Provide in-person scribe services for quarterly committee meetings. i. Provide project management and oversight for various tabletop exercises, trainings/workshops. j. Assist with developing, reviewing, and updating various regional plans (evacuation plans, mass care plans, family assistance center plans, etc.). k. Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for continuous improvement. l. Prepare and update the Integrated Preparedness Plan (IPP)
