Contractor to provide refurbishment services to include, but not limited to: • On-site inspection and evaluation of tank condition and cost estimates. • Inspection of the exterior and interior surfaces, and all associated plumbing and fixtures for defects. • Repair and Modification to conform with Attachment 1 Engineering Schematics and Mechanical Specifications. • Coating; Stripping of existing interior and/or exterior coating. Recoating of tank interiors and/or exteriors as per specifications outlined in Attachment 1. • Installation, repair, or replacement of missing or damaged piping, valves, and parts. • Modifying tank ladders, vents, and access hatches as per Attachment 1 of this ITB. • Correcting OSHA and safety-related deficiencies • Miscellaneous welding repairs
