A. Maintenance of the restroom units shall be performed by the Contractor at each location provided by the County Administrative Agent and in accordance with Florida Administrative Code Chapter 64E-6.0101, Portable Restrooms and Portable or Stationary Holding Tanks. Maintenance shall include, but is not limited to, the following: i. Thoroughly clean and pump portable restroom units until empty ii. Sanitize and deodorize the portable restroom units iii. Supply and stock the portable restroom units with toilet paper and hand sanitizer B. No maintenance shall be provided by the Contractor on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. When maintenance is scheduled on these holidays, it shall be delayed by one day. Any regular Friday maintenance delayed by a holiday shall be performed on Saturday. C. Contractor shall maintain and keep the portable restroom units in good operational condition at all times. Doors should close and lock properly, screens should be in place, and portable restroom units should be clean and free of graffiti. D. Contractor shall remove any portable restroom unit that is defective or has experienced vandalism and replace the portable restroom unit at no cost to the County, within 24 hours of notification by the County. E. Occasionally, a special event may be scheduled at a location which may require an extra maintenance day to the existing portable restroom units. When this occurs, the County will provide the Contractor with a minimum ten (10) calendar day notice by email or by phone. 4. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS A. Contractor shall deliver and install the portable restroom units at all locations within seven (7) days of receipt of the County Purchase Order. B.
