● Mobilization of equipment to the Town of Andover Municipal Services Facility at 5 Campanelli Drive, Andover, MA 01810, or other alternative location, as instructed by the Department of Public Works ● Loading of street sweepings and catch basin materials from the stockpile will be provided by Andover DPW into contractor supplied trucks. ● Transportation of street sweepings to the disposal facility. The Contractor shall take ownership and responsibility for the appropriate disposal for street sweepings and catch basin materials at the Andover storage area to the disposal facility. ● Disposal of street sweepings and catch basin materials in an appropriate manner in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. ● Completing and maintaining of all required documents associated with hauling, scale slips, manifests, and all miscellaneous paperwork associated with the removal and disposal of street sweepings and catch basin materials.
