1. It is the Asbestos Contractor's responsibility to inspect the site and confirm scope, condition, and quantities prior to the submission of his/her bid package. It is also the Asbestos Contractor’s responsibility to review the demolition drawings, notes, and phasing configurations. 2. The asbestos Contractor must comply with DEP 310 CMR 7.15 and DLS 454 CMR 28 regulations. 3.
