A. Overview JCCC’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education (WDCE) department is responsible for documenting and managing Commercial Drivers License (CDL) student training records per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements. It is crucial that WDCE can easily monitor student training records, Entry Driver Level Training (ELDT) status and completion, and upload student records to the Training Provider Registry (TPR). WDCE seeks to contract with a firm(s) who can provide a comprehensive software solution for the management and documentation of these student training records. The College may award to more than one firm to fulfill current and future requirements of the College’s needs. B. Objectives 1. Find a comprehensive ELDT software solution that supports all aspects of entry-level driver training processes, including theory, practical skills, and compliance with FMCSA regulations. 2. The software solution must meet all FMCSA and relevant state regulatory requirements for ELDT. 3. The software solution must have tools and features that enhance the effectiveness of training programs, improve learner engagement, and streamline administrative tasks. C. Specification Requirements 1. Curriculum meets federal Entry-Level Driving Training (EDLT) requirements 2. Reporting and record-keeping functionality 3.
