The contractor is furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, overhead to include travel, and incidentals as necessary to complete the Above Ground Storage Tanks (AST) testing in accordance with Federal and State regulations, following the SP001 testing recommendations for a facility with less than 10,000 gallons fuel stored in above ground storage tanks. a) The following UST and associated components are located at JPPM: i) AST 001, 3000 gallon tank for offroad diesel, near bldg. 6 (10529 Mackall Road), installed in 2021. ii) AST 002, 500 gallon tank for heating fuel, Breckinridge Education Office, bldg. 9 (10065 Mackall Road). iii) AST 003, 440 gallon tank for heating fuel, Beverly House, bldg. 28 (9925 Mackall Road). iv) AST 004, 440 gallon tank for heating fuel, Asbury House, bldg. 19 (9955 Mackall Road). b) Complete the annual SP001 tank inspection and other testing and inspections as required by state and federal regulations. 2. NOTE: All underground storage tanks holding petroleum products are being removed. Temporary above ground storage tanks were installed September 2024. All temporary tanks will be removed in the spring of 2025. B. The contractor will provide any work not specifically mentioned in the IFB but reasonably implied for the complete, safe, and satisfactory completion of the project. C. The contractor will complete all work within 30 calendar days upon receiving the notice to proceed date.
