Management Plans and Program Management Implementation: Provide strategic development of management plans to oversee all aspects of project execution and implement program management systems to ensure efficient oversight of multiple projects. Cost Estimating and Budget Control: Offer detailed cost estimates at various design stages and propose value engineering options to keep the project within budget. Constructability Reviews: Conduct constructability reviews of design documents to identify potential issues and propose solutions to avoid delays or unnecessary expenses during construction. Scheduling and Phasing Strategy: Develop comprehensive project schedules, including a multi-phase approach for the Aiken Elementary School expansion to align with funding availability and District and school operations. Procurement Strategy: Formulate a procurement plan for materials and subcontractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. Permitting Assistance: Work with the Architect and District to assist in securing all necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities. b) Design Phase Services: Consultant Selection: Aid in the selection of consultants and specialists needed to support design and engineering efforts.
