All main fire alarm control panels, auxiliary fire control and booster panels, remote annunciator panels, alarm-initiating devices (with the exception of non-restorable devices), supervisory signal initiating devices, alarm notification devices, off premises alarm transmission equipment, fan control functions, smoke control devices, and all other equipment associated with each specific fire alarm system shall be tested and inspected as outlined in this document. All fire pumps will be churned on a monthly basis per an established schedule that has been provided to and approved by the Regional Manager at least two weeks prior to the proposed schedule rate. All automatic water-based fire suppression systems listed in these specifications must be tested () time per year.
