8.1. Organizational Capacity 8.1.1. The Subrecipient shall serve survivors and victims of a wide range of crimes, including, but not limited to: 8.1.1.2. Sexual assault 8.1.1.3. Domestic violence. 8.1.1.4. Battery/physical assault. 8.1.1.5. Crimes of violence and assault including: 8.1.1.5.1. Shootings. 8.1.1.5.2. Gang violence. 8.1.1.5.3. And other forms of community violence. 8.1.1.6. Vehicular assault. 8.1.1.7. Human trafficking. 8.1.1.8. Family members of homicide victims. 8.1.2. The Subrecipient shall have in place, or within sixty (60) days of award, an established Community Advisory Board to provide input and insight on emerging trends, serve as the voice of the community, and ensure community and systems engagement with family and survivors/victims of violent crimes. The Community Advisory Board shall include at least one survivor/victim of violent crime and family members of violent crime survivors/victims.
