3500 Each 2025-26 ND Airport Directory Artwork: Some electronic files will be furnished. Vendors are to estimate 10 hours of art time to create final print ready files (see Item 2 in pricing). The vendors are to quote 10 hours total but, are to bill for actual art time required. With prior approval from agency, the State will pay winning vendor their actual art time. Vendors should figure more than one proof. After final proof approval, this document will be uploaded to agency’s website; one set of final files must be JPEG and TIFF formats to allow that functionality. The State requires that the final high-resolution files (editable) be saved for the entire document. Both sets of files (high-resolution and low-resolution) are be forwarded to the ND Aeronautics Commission before payment will be made. Proofs: Cover and all Inside Pages: High resolution, contract color proof (such as Epson®) of ten pages including front and back cover. Imposition Proof: Digital imposition proof of entire directory, indicating binding, trim, etc. Finished Size: 8 ½” high x 5 ½” wide. Number of Pages: 112 pages (56 sheets) plus front and back cover. Paper Stock: Covers: 100#, white, dull cover. Inside Pages: 70#, white, dull text.
