A. Administrative Services, include but not limited to: 1. Ensure compliance with court orders. 2. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and policies. 3. Ensure any and all reporting requirements are done correctly and timely. 4. Maintain a good working relationship with partners, stakeholders, court, court administration, State Attorney’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, Clerk of Court, Sheriff’s department and other judicial agencies as necessary. 5. Provide timely, efficient and effective services to all clients, partners and other organizations or agencies. 6. Adhere to County policies and procedures including, but not limited to, budget, agenda request, purchasing, invoicing, property and other related administrative functions. 7. Provide monthly reports in a format to be agreed upon to the County Administrator or designee. Attend staff meetings and other meetings as requested by the County Administrator or Board of County Commissioners. 8. Provide fair, non-discriminatory and effective process for the administration of the Pre-Trial Program. 9. Staffing and Supervision a. Provide all supervision and direction to staff. b. All subcontractors shall be pre-approved by the County Administrator pursuant to Section 18 below. c. The successful Proposer shall ensure that the office is staffed with no fewer than two employees during regular hours of operation and at least one employee shall be accessible 24/7 to provide pre-trial services. 10.
