The selected vendor will provide tennis instruction in the gym and various outdoor racquet courts. The information below describes the minimum requirements and standards of the services to be provided for tennis camp programs and classes: 1. Camp programs must be held during School District 65 summer breaks and school days off. 2. Programs will be held Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm and select weekends for youth ages 5-14 during the summer months. 3. Programs will be held at Chandler-Newberger Community Center and various park sites within Evanston. 4. Successful vendor shall provide all labor, personnel, expertise, equipment, instruction materials, and other resources required for the performance of services. 5. The City reserves the right to modify such dates and times as needs arise for the Initial Term and any contract renewals. 7.
