OFM seeks to contract with a qualified vendor to develop a grant tracking and management database. The selected contractor(s) shall develop a grant tracking and management database with a minimum, the following features and capabilities: a) The database should have the ability to be public facing on OFM’s website. b) The database should include basic data visualization capabilities such that anyone accessing the information from the website can produce an array of summary statistics and basic visualizations (graphs, charts, etc.) in order to better understand the data. c) The database needs to be accessible such that both state agencies and OFM staff can enter and edit data in the database. The database should include an option to batch upload data via spreadsheet or other method, such that data for multiple grants can be populated at the same time. d) The database needs to be pre-populated with OFM’s existing IIJA grant tracking data prior to becoming live on OFM’s website. e) Ability to handle attachments and customizable fields that will help with data retrieving and reporting f) The database should include, at minimum, all the data fields in Appendix A g) Interactive forums for agencies to communicate and collaborate...
