• General Planning. Work with the PIT Manager to plan for and implement the 2025 PIT Homeless Census and related events. • Communication. Work with OHHP’s Communication Specialist to create outreach materials, event fliers, preliminary data report, and other vital communication for external messaging. • Volunteer Recruitment. Undertake the recruitment of a wide range of people to take part in the PIT Census. • Resource Procurement. Work with local non-profit organizations to procure donations for PIT Homeless Census related events. • Schedule Management. Schedule all volunteers; locations and activities during the 2025 PIT Homeless Census. • PIT Coordination Team. Work closely with the PIT Coordination Team during the 2025 PIT Homeless Census. • PIT Event Support. During the 7-day period of the PIT count, oversee the coordination of and provide onthe-ground support for PIT events. • Data Entry. Participate in Balance of State Continuum of Care at Department of Commerce PIT Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) training. Enter all data on unsheltered homeless people following the 2025 PIT Homeless Census. • Report Production. Help OHHP staff produce a Preliminary Data report and the initial draft of the annual Homeless Census Report.
