Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Elevators are located in the following buildings: Fun Valley – 4401 W. 4thAvenue, Sports Arena – 700 East 11th;, and Memorial Hall - 101 South Walnut.2.Vendors shall comply with all Federal, State and/or City Codes, Standards and/or Regulations (ASME, ANSI, etc) for inspections and maintenance of Elevators. This shall include, but not be limited to:A.A minimum of a semi-annual examination of said equipment.B.Adjusting, lubricating and the repair or replacement of parts as required. Vendor shallfurnish all parts, tools, equipment lubricants, cleaning compounds and cleaningequipment.C.Relamp all signals as required.D.Periodically examine and test the hydraulic system, and/or governor, safety andbuffersontheequipment,atthevendor’s expense.E.Provide all required reports and certifications required by Federal, State and/or CityCodes, Standards and/or Regulations.F.Service semi annually the controller, machine, motor, interlocks, lubricate guide rails,make minor adjustments at the time of regular examinations and document workperformed and give copy to the City.3.The City shall bear the cost of the following:A.Any component of the car enclosure, including removable panels, door panels, sills,car gates, plenum chambers, hung ceilings, light diffusers, light fixtures, tubes andbulbs, handrails, mirrors, car flooring and floor covering.B.Hoist way enclosure, hoist way gates, door panels, frames and sills.C.Cover plates for signal fixtures and operating stations.D.Intercommunication system used in conjunction with the equipment.E.Main line switches, breakers and feeders to controller. F.Emergency power plant and associated contactors. G.Emergency car light and loll batteries, including those for emergency lower. H.Smoke and fire sensors and related control equipment which are not specifically apart of the elevator controls. I.Jack unit cylinder buried piping and buried conduit.4.Vendor shall perform services as required during the calendar year of the contract during regular working hours on normal business workdays, unless otherwise specified. Vendors shall include in their bid, emergency minor adjustment callback service during regular working hours.
