KA hopes to acquire a comprehensive and fully-integrated HRIS package to help efficiently hire employees and see them through their employee life cycle, and which is easy to use for both front-line employees and administrators. A focus on accurate and timely payroll is emphasized. Desired differences from the current state conditions include: • 1095 form creation and filing; • Performance management in same system as other employee data; • Less required manual manipulation by HR team; and • Allow managers to own employee data workflow. Key measures of success include: • Savings from reduced labor costs, fewer errors; • Improved HR and payroll efficiency and productivity; • Increased data accuracy and more efficiency is pulling the data; • Improved responsiveness on large volume data entry; • HR and employees' jobs are easier by helping new employees get started with less guidance and by allowing employees to update their own information when necessary; • The built-in workflows for MSS have simplified or removed manual HR processes by providing employees easy access to everything they need in one place; and • The tying together of performance management compensation.
