Consultant will conduct a comprehensive inventory of approximately 2,000 City Street and Park Trees, which will support an updated Urban Forest Management Plan (UFMP). Inclusive in the plan will be an inventory of potential vacant sites opportunities owned by the City. The Scope of Work will include, at a minimum, the following elements: A. General: 1. Project Management 2. Monthly Invoicing with summary of work performed 3. Project updates; B. Complete Street Tree Inventory of approximately 2,000 trees 1. Document and input respective tree information, at a minimum to include: a. Species b. Size c. Health d. Valuation e. Proposed maintenance f. Photo Imagery 2. Comply with City standards for data collection and input, using any method proposed by the vendor and agreed to by the City. The data deliverable shall be in geodatabase format compatible for use in ArcGIS. C. Complete Urban Forest Management Plan* 1. Plan Administration a.
