1. Provide legal advice in one or more of the general areas of intellectual property law and in any generally recognized specialty, or specialties thereof, depending on an Offeror’s qualifications and desires, to my529 and/or any of the Institutions through face-to-face meetings, email, letter, and other forms of communication. 2. Prepare and file applications for patents, copyrights, and/or trademarks/service marks with appropriate federal and/or state agencies, resolve, or assist in resolving, postapplication legal issues and problems, and provide to my529 and/or any Institution a complete copy of each application and related documents and all documents related to post-application legal issues and problems. 3. Provide other intellectual property related legal services as requested by my529 and/or any Institution and agreed to by the parties. 4. The legal services described generally above will be specifically described in an engagement letter that will be subsequently agreed to between AG, the law firm, and my529 and/or the Institution.
