Must perform excavation and repair services during such events as listed: Water Main, Sanitary/Sewer Line and Fire Sprinkler Supply Line leaks. Vendor may perform excavation to facility High Temperature High Pressure Lines but must enlist certified welder to perform repairs. Vendor must provide labor, materials, tools. equipment and all incidentals for facility repairs. Vendor must respond within four (4) hours for repairs to be performed. Vendor must contact JULIE for all line locates prior to excavation. Vendor must follow all Illinois Dept. of Labor/OSHA/MSHA Codes. Vendor must follow all applicable Federal/State Laws, Standards and Codes. Vendor must be licensed, insured and bonded. Verifications of license, insurance and bond need to be submitted upon award. Vendor/Employees must adhere to rules, regulations and policies of W.G. Murray Developmental Center. W.G. Murray Developmental Center will not be held liable for any lost/stolen/broken tools, materials and equipment. Vendor must perform necessary repairs during all hours of operation till completion. Vendor must inform Facility Chief Engineer of work/repair progress. In order for vendor to be considered responsive vendor must attend mandatory pre-bid conference. This procurement is subject to Public Works Requirements- 820 ILCS 130/4 and Prevailing Wages 30 ILCS 500/25-60.
