Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the RFP is to establish an agreement with one or more qualified Not-For-Profit and or other Governmental Agencies or Organizations to sell residential houses constructed through Escambia County’s Infill Housing Program(s). The homes must be sold to families making less than 80% Area Median Income (AMI). The selected entity will be responsible for overseeing the sale of infill residential properties to fully qualified households with household income below 80% of the Area Median. This includes accepting properties from the County via conveyance with an accompanying mortgage and note, qualifying buyers on all points of program eligibility, facilitating sales transactions, and ensuring that the sales proceeds are remitted to Escambia County.
