The Contractor Shall: 1) Verify the quantities of materials needed. 2) Description, plans, and further details of the office space in question, including approximate square footage, will be provided at the Pre-Bid Meeting. Include the cost for the following items in the item unit price on the bid form, but not limited to the following: Demolition: CMU and CFS Wall Removal Drop Down Ceiling Electrical HVAC Ducts Plumbing Flooring Construction: New CFS Wall with Drywall, Both Sides Drop Down Ceiling Electrical HVAC Ducts Plumbing Painting all affected interior spaces (color information to be provided) Flooring: Laminate Flooring in affected areas To match existing flooring 3) Maintain all aspects of the project including the movement and replacement of furniture as needed, necessary signage, and the prep and painting for the building.
