Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brown County is accepting bids for a state trail construction project located in Green Bay, WI. The work under this contract shall consist of milling asphaltic surface, paving HMA surface, common excavation, aggregate shoulders, concrete curb and gutter, curb ramps, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Curb ramps shall be constructed half at a time to maintain pedestrian access at intersections. All operations for milling, paving, and shoulder work will be done under full closure of the trail. Full closure of the trail shall be only for the current day’s work zone. The trail shall be open to traffic at the end of each work day.
