Services nightly five (5) times per week, unless otherwise noted • Removal of all trash from receptacles, empty and wipe, replace liners as needed. • Sweep and mop all tile floors areas. • Clean entry glass, including doors and connecting area, to remove all prints and smudges. • Dust and wipe all horizontal surfaces, including ledges and tables. • Dust all railings and other reachable areas to remove cobwebs. • Wipe down lobby furniture and remove all dust and smudges. • Vacuum mats. Weekly Cleaning Services • Thoroughly clean all front entrance glass and polish all metal door frames. • Clean upholstered furniture and straighten magazines. • High and low dust all horizontal surfaces, including hard to reach ledges, moldings, shelves, picture frames, ducts, etc. Twice a year, unless otherwise noted • Thoroughly scrub floors.
