4.11 GOOD(S) SPECIFICATIONS FOR: VEGETABLES FROZEN, CARROTS, GREEN BEANS, CAULIFLOWER 4.11. Goods indicated in this ITB to be frozen, Grade A or Grade B and not contain excess water. Pureed or creamed Goods will not be allowed for this ITB. All Goods must be adequately described with type of cut and labeled. 4.11. CARROT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 4.11. ODOC will accept julienne, sliced crinkle cut, diced, whole baby carrots, or regular sliced carrot Goods 4.11. Diced must be 3/8” or larger, smaller than 3/8” WILL NOT be accepted 4.11.3 BEAN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 4.11.3.1 Goods may be green, yellow or wax beans 4.11.3.2 May be whole, cut or French style 4.11. BROCCOLI MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 4.11. Goods may be cut, diced, spears, florets, chopped or any other similar presentation 4.11. Diced must be 3/8” or larger, smaller than 3/8” WILL NOT be accepted 4.11. Cuts must be ½” or larger, smaller cuts WILL NOT be accepted 4.11 If offering cuts or diced, there must a minimum of 20% florets
