Specifications include, but are not limited to: Option one requests pricing to include service and repairs on all out of warranty equipment, and equipment the bidder is an authorized service provider for equipment under warranty. Option two requests the bidder provide pricing for service and repair work for all out of warranty equipment, and equipment the bidder is an authorized service provider for equipment under warranty. The bidder will be required to subcontract out service and repairs for equipment, under warranty, that the bidder is not an authorized service provider for. It is the responsibility of the contractor to coordinate the repairs with the subcontractor who is an authorized service provider. All subcontractor authorized service providers will be held to the same standards (ie., E-verify, insurance requirements, felony conviction etc,…) as the contracted vendor.
