a) Replace the current bridge with a more themed aesthetic bridge to fit the desired identity for the facility. An example of the proposed new bridge is demonstrated in pictures above. The new bridge must be designed and approved by a registered structural engineer. b) The requested alternate bid shall include cost to restore the current bridge, including sandblasting to bare metal, primer epoxy paint, and an update to match the desired waterpark theming and brand identity, by eliminating or modifying existing hand railings to a wood and rope, or netting theme. c) Replace all light blue railing in the park with post and rope, similar to a few of the areas in the park already, including the entryway, the gates, and under the slides. Railing pricing shall include demolition and disposal. In areas where posts will be in existing concrete, the Respondent shall core drill suitable holes for posts and epoxy or concrete posts in place. d) All railing areas along fall zones must have netting in addition to the posts and rope.
