Re-roofing the Board of Public Utility’s Argentine Pump Station Building (located at 1801 S. 13th Street) in Kansas City, Kansas. This project generally includes removal and disposal of the existing built up roofing system of two roof sections including insulation (approximately 4,700 square ft). Also included in base proposal the cost for removal and replacement of perimeter shake shingle Mansard roof as identified in the specifications. (See Attachment A attached). The flat roofing system installation of a new tapered insulation system with an adhered 60 mil or greater TPO Membrane Roof System. The perimeter awning portion is for replacement using a 30-year laminated composition shingle roofing system. New metal flashings and coping around entire perimeter parapet of all reroofed areas is also to be included. All work shall be done in accordance with Technical Specification 075423 incorporated herein by reference.
